Meet Tammy

We all have moments in life that shake us.
Moments that expose what we didn’t know we were still carrying.
Moments that force us to confront the beliefs we’ve built our life on.

For me, one of the hardest seasons of my life was a season I never expected and didn’t feel prepared for. I prayed desperately for God to take it away.

I still remember being on the elliptical, tears spilling, whispering,
“God… please deliver me.”

And His response?
A gentle, holy whisper back:

“No. I’m going to grow you through this. Trust Me.”

I didn’t understand it then, but I see it now:
That season wasn’t happening to me — it was happening for me.

The Season That Broke Me… and Rebuilt Me

God used that time to reveal things I couldn’t see on my own:

  • blind spots I thought I had healed
  • limits I placed on myself without realizing
  • beliefs that were quietly running the show
  • places where I had been operating in strength instead of surrender

He showed me where I was striving and calling it faith.
Where I was self-protecting and calling it wisdom.
Where I was running on old programming and calling it resilience.

He allowed things to surface that I would’ve preferred to avoid…
not to harm me, but to heal me.

And in His mercy, He didn’t leave me alone in it.

How Coaching Supported What God Was Doing in Me

Before this season, I had used coaching tools to help me achieve things:

  • I overcame a lifelong fear of flying.
  • I healed from traumatic dental experiences and completed major dental work.
  • I worked with a coach and finally achieved a weight loss goal I had failed at for years.

But this season wasn’t about achievement.
It was about becoming.

Coaching helped me see what I was believing.
God helped me replace it with truth.

Coaching helped me process the emotions.
God held me while I felt them.

Coaching helped me uncover the blocks.
God helped me break them.

Coaching helped me see my patterns.
God helped me step into my purpose.

Together, God and coaching led me through the darkest season I’ve ever walked — not by delivering me from it, but by developing me inside it.

What I Learned in the Fire

Here is what God revealed through that season:

✨ I don’t have to have all the answers — I just need to come to Him.
✨ I am built to do hard things — not just goals, but life.
✨ Emotions won’t destroy me; avoiding them will.
✨ He wants to guide me more than I want to be guided.
✨ Purpose is born in surrender, not certainty.
✨ My strength wasn’t the point — His was.

And slowly, one step at a time, He led me:

one step closer to healing
one step closer to truth
one step closer to bravery
one step closer to the woman He created me to become

I am not perfect — not even close — but I am awake.
And I know Who my strength comes from.

If You’re in a Hard Season Right Now…

Please hear this:
You are not being punished.

You are being prepared.
You are being grown.
You are being refined.

God wastes nothing.
Not tears.
Not confusion.
Not heartbreak.
Not waiting.
Not struggle.

If coaching is one of the tools He uses to help you heal and grow — don’t ignore that nudge.
It changed my life.
It carried me.
It helped me breathe when I didn’t think I could.

And that’s why I’m pouring my heart into what’s coming next.

Something Special Is Coming

This December, I’m offering a special mini-coaching experience designed for women who are ready to end the year supported, strengthened, and seen.

And early in the New Year, I’ll be launching something beautiful, bold, and deeply God-led.

If this post speaks to your heart… I don’t want you to miss it.

You’re not alone.
You’re not behind.
And you are far more capable — and far more loved — than you know.
